After buying a tree I came home and planted it. Once planted, I removed the tag wrapping the trunk and noticed it was damaged. I called the owner about it and sent pics of it. I asked if I could return the tree and replace it with another one. She apologized and told me not to worry about returning the damaged tree and she would replace it anyway. I was not able to deal with the replacement until six months later to which the owners were just as kind replacing it then as they were when they sold me the tree. Side note, I've bought other trees in the past and have found them to be very knowledgeable and patient answering any of my questions. Testimonial written by Anthony on this site.
